NOTE: This is the application to become an official member of the Santiam Alpine Club.

Applications for membership in the Santiam Alpine Club are considered at the club's November meeting for candidates who have satisfied one of the following requirements:

1. Climbed with club members on at least two occasions and with not less than three members in total.
2. Satisfactorily completed the basic Mountain Climbing School (or equivalent school) and completed at least one climb with not less than two club members.

Complete the fields below. The cost for consideration is $10. When the form is submitted, a PayPal button will appear. Payment though PayPal completes the application.
