Forest Park Trail Runs

When: Mondays, starting Monday 8/10/26 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

I will post a new event each week after the run concludes.

Where: NW Leif Erickson/NW Thurman Trailhead (follow NW Thurman until the end of the street).

What: Join us for some conditioning/trail running! All abilities welcome. We will meet at the gate at 630 pm and discuss the intended route prior to taking off at 6:40. Nobody will be left behind/we will regroup at each trail junction.

For Monday 8/3, we will start on Leif Erickson, go left up Wild Cherry then turn right on Wildwood, head right down Alder and right on Leif Erickson back to the gate. Approx 4.75 miles and 500 ft elevation gain. I’ll bring a cooler with fizzy water for the end.

Who: This is meant to be for anyone who enjoys running or wants to get into trail running.
